Are other color variations of the furniture available or is a custom design possible?

Our furniture is often available in different color variants. These are visible on the respective detail pages of the individual furniture.

Unfortunately, due to our manufacturing processes, it is not possible for us to produce custom designs. If you are looking for a specific design or size, please feel free to contact us. Our customer service will be happy to advise you and help you find the right furniture for you from our wide selection.

How and where to purchase GERMANIA furniture?

GERMANIA furniture can be purchased in-store and online from various dealers.

To find a dealer near you who carries GERMANIA furniture, we have set up a dealer search on our website. Here you enter your zip code and a certain radius in which to search and you will be shown all the dealers in the area that sell GERMANIA furniture. Please note that not every displayed dealer carries all furniture in their assortment. To find out if a particular furniture is carried by a dealer, please contact the dealer or us.

You can also find our furniture online from many vendors. Just search for the item number in combination with "Germania", for example: "Germania 3524".

How can I exchange or return an item?

In case of exchange, please contact your dealer or online retailer.

How to take care of GERMANIA furniture?

In general, we recommend cleaning the furniture with a dry cloth. For models with glass tops and fronts, we recommend using glass cleaner for cleaning. You should clean mirrors in the same way. For furniture with high-gloss fronts, please do not use microfiber cloths.

I have a complaint, how do I proceed?

In case of a complaint, submit the claim via the spare parts form on our website or send us an email to info@mygermania.com. You can reach our customer service by phone at +49 (0) 5252-849 39 or +49 (0) 5252-849 27. If you would like a consultation, please contact us at service@mygermania.com. You can also communicate your request to your furniture dealer.

Is GERMANIA furniture packed in one or more packages?

It may happen, especially with larger or heavy furniture, that the furniture is packed in several packages. The number of packages of the individual furniture you can ask our customer service or via the contact form. Please have the respective item number ready.

Is there a factory sale or second choice models?

GERMANIA does not offer a factory outlet or second choice models.

Job search/training/internships

We welcome any interest in a job, an apprenticeship or even an internship in our company. In order for these inquiries to reach the personnel department directly, there are two possibilities: You can contact the department directly via the e-mail address: careers@mygermania.com and apply. Or you can use the contact form on our website and enter in the field Inquiry: "I am interested in a job at GERMANIA". This also applies if you are looking for an apprenticeship or internship.

What do I do if I received wrong or damaged goods, or if something is missing?

First of all, inform the retailer where you bought the furniture about the wrong or damaged delivery. If the product was purchased from an online store, many online stores will have a contact form, email address or phone number that you can use to get in touch.

If you ordered from Amazon, contact Amazon customer service or return the item using the return form.

What is the environmental compatibility of GERMANIA furniture?

The wood-based materials used by GERMANIA meet all the requirements of formaldehyde class E05 (emission class E05). This means that under specified conditions (test conditions), the material does not allow more than 0.05 ppm (parts per million) of formaldehyde to be generated in the indoor air. Thus, there is no danger to humans or the environment.

Where can I get the assembly instructions of a selected piece of furniture?

Normally, the assembly instructions are always in the package of the furniture.

If you have misplaced or disposed of them, or need them again years later, you can always find the assembly instructions on our website. To do this, simply search for the furniture you own, select it and scroll down a bit. Here you will find various tabs, including the "Downloads" tab. Clicking on this will take you to an overview where you can now download the assembly instructions as well as the dimensioned line drawing and the assortment card.

Why do I have to buy the screws and dowels for wall mounting myself?

The screws and dowels for wall mounting must be purchased separately from a specialized dealer, since due to the different wall compositions (sheetrock, concrete, ...) the appropriate screws and dowels must be used in each case to ensure secure wall mounting.
